| Welcome to Oklahoma Corridor Watch "[F]or the past 50 years U.S. transportation policy has focused
on building a system designed to meet the needs of a rapidly growing
population that was still expanding westward. Today, I am pleased to
introduce legislation that will ease congestion brought on by the North
American Free Trade Agreement, NAFTA, by reforming the Coordinate Border
Infrastructure Program and the National Corridor Planning and Development
Program. These two programs are commonly known, collectively, as the
Border and Corridor program." The NAFTA corridor is a supranational, 10 Lane, inter-modal transportation system, designed to transport people, goods, and cargo quickly and efficiently across United States borders, with minimal border control or security checks. A common misconception amongst those who are working against, or studying, the North American Union and the NASCO corridor, is that currently the movement to create the NAFTA corridor is centered almost exclusively in Texas, with no real plans on the books to expand this to, or in, other states. This position is highlighted by this quote from renowned NAFTA corridor expert Jerome Corsi in his August 2006 article that appeared in the ego-Logic Powerhouse magazine: “Currently, no state except Texas, has plans
to build TTC-like highways, with designs to build transportation corridors
up to four football fields-wide that integrate highway toll roads, railroad
transportation, and utility zones for oil and natural gas pipelines, alongside
towers to transmit electricity to businesses and homes along the route”
– There has been a lot of information published by respected organizations about the significance of the NAFTA corridor, and auxiliary corridors through the States, and the ramifications to the people of the United States, and US national sovereignty; however, to date, there has been little, to no, information published specific to the States that these corridors will pass through, with the sole exception of Texas. This vacuum of information for the citizens of the various states has left us in a precarious situation, because the implementation of the National High Priority corridors, in conjunction with the NAFTA corridor, is advancing rapidly, and has been for quite sometime. Because of this lack of information, the citizens whom this plans will effect, have been unaware of what their representatives and government employees, have been doing, and thus have been unable to express their opinions and desires to their elected representatives. "This is how the future of North America now promises to be written: not in a sweeping trade agreement on which elections will turn, but by the accretion of hundreds of incremental changes implemented by executive agencies, bureaucracies and regulators. "We've decided not to recommend any things that would require legislative changes," says Covais. "Because we won't get anywhere."" - Ron Covais, President of Lockheed Martin, and a former Pentagon adviser to Vice President Dick Cheney, Meet NAFTA 2.0, MacLeans.ca The goal of this site is to bring together information specific to the State of Oklahoma and the citizens who live there, in order to educate them about the grave effects these plans pose to their State, communities, and lives. Many people do not have the time to go researching through a wide variety of government documents, non-governmental organizations, treaties and memorandums of understanding in order to supply the knowledge base from which to determine the futures of their states and communities. That is the purpose of this site, to facilitate and speed the education of our fellow Oklahomans, so that together we can have the knowledge to effect change, and secure a future for our State and nation, as our forefathers intended to give us. “Ye shall know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free” – John 8:32 |
'Super Highway' Would Infringe On State's Rights, Senator Says ~ Dec 3 An Oklahoma state senator said Thursday that he led opposition
to a plan like the Trans Texas Corridor this year because it would have
surrendered his state's sovereignty to the federal government. Sen. Randy
Brogdon, R-Owasso, said at a morning news conference... Understanding the Trans-Texas Corridor in the Context of Sustainable Development ~ Aug 8th The Trans Texas Corridor is the literal pathway to the economic
equalization of nations. In order to meet the global economic equalization
objectives of the economic ‘E’, the system requires global
management of trade. Managed trade necessarily means bringing down American
production and ultimately middle class standards of living. American economic
submission and political regionalization is designed to lead to a borderless
world. Statistics show less need for Trans Texas Corridor ~ Aug 7th Statistics from the FHWA on growth in number of containers
shipped from Mexico focuses the question on the premises used to try to
sell Texans on construction of the Trans Texas Corridor, one of the major
legs of the NAFTA Super Highway. World Net Daily Asks Tony Snow about OKC Mayor Mick Cornett ~ Aug 4th WorldNetDaily, starting today, is posting questions it wishes
the White House to answer at presidential press briefings. The questions
come from WND, its readers and Les Kinsolving, longtime WND White House
correspondent. Kinsolving, a veteran of presidential briefings since Richard
Nixon was in office, is no longer attending the daily sessions. So the
decision was made by WND to publish the questions that WND would have
asked. Oklahoma City Mayor Washes Hands
of North American Union: "I do not favor the North American Union," Cornett he told WND in a telephone interview yesterday. "It was a pretty stupid thing to get involved with three years ago. I don't necessarily remember what I was thinking at the time, but I can speak for now and I do not favor a North American Union." More>> NASCO, Lockheed Martin, & 'Total Domain Awareness' ~ July 19th "Despite persistent claims to the contrary and nearly
limitless nauseating marketing and public relations platitudes, evidence
of the steady progression of North American economic integration is available
to anyone with a little knowledge of state open records laws, persistence,
and a desire for a future bereft of oppression. Further, NASCO’s
cooperation with the Security and Prosperity Partnership is admitted and
boasted of in their promotional materials supplied to their members. The
reach of this tracking is continent-wide." U.S. Army block public forum on the Security and Prosperity Partnership ~ July 12th The Council of Canadians has been told it will not be allowed
to rent a municipal community centre for a public forum it had planned
to coincide with the next Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) summit
in Montebello, Quebec on August 20 and 21. OKC Mayor Signs “Declaration of North American Integration”! ~ July 9th Documents recently coming to light have disclosed that Oklahoma
City Mayor Mick Cornett signed the “Kansas City Declaration”
in 2004 at the North American Trade Corridor Partnership (NAITCP) in Kansas
City. He was one of more than 90 other leaders across North America who
added their names to the Declaration.
